The Information Technology Department maintains the student helpdesk whose mission is to assist students with technical issues related to online courses, network accounts, Self-Service accounts, and campus wireless access. The helpdesk is located in D106 or may be contacted by phone or e-mail. Helpdesk staff are on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you have computer and internet access, send an e-mail to studenthelp [at] coto.edu. Be sure to describe the nature of your problem in the subject line and a detailed description in the body of the message. You may also contact us by telephone at 501.332.0285.
If you have forgotten your network or Self-Service user name and/or password, you may also stop by the student helpdesk to have these reset.
